Julia oversees the technical, analytical, and administrative functions of the Office, partnering with stakeholders across Harvard on University-wide research and technology-related initiatives. Prior to joining FD&D, Julia served for 10 years in Harvard’s central IT organization, supporting the planning and implementation of University-wide projects and services. Before Harvard, Julia was a senior manager for Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, one of the world’s largest professional services and consulting companies. She has an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan and a B.S. in Communications from Boston University.
