Roba supports Senior Vice Provost Judy Singer, plans University-wide events for faculty, and serves as the general office manager. She joined the Office of Faculty Development and Diversity in 2010 as the Administrative Coordinator. She is also one of the cofounders of the Harvard Staff Art Show.

Prior to Harvard, she worked at the British Council in Cairo, Egypt, where she helped design and implement arts and culture projects for Egypt and the Near East and North Africa region. She has a B.A. in Integrated Marketing Communication from the American University in Cairo and a Fashion Design Certificate from the Massachusetts College of Art and Design.
