Email Alias Request Form (for @harvard.edu):
Advance permission is required from the Trademark Program for use of a @harvard.edu email alias.
Please note: this form cannot be used to change your personal email address but is intended only for general Harvard school/department/unit email requests (e.g., "email@example.com," "firstname.lastname@example.org," etc.). In addition, if the desired email alias is associated with a school-based program or activity, the email alias must reflect the faculty that hosts the program or activity (e.g., "email@example.com," "firstname.lastname@example.org," etc.) and its use requires permission from the local dean’s office and not from the Trademark Program.
The Harvard Trademark Program receives a number of licensing, use-of-name, and trademark-related inquiries on a daily basis. Each inquiry is reviewed in the order in which it is received and an answer is typically provided or further information sought about the inquiry within approximately 7-10 business days of its initial submission.
