Email Alias Request Form (for @harvard.edu):

Advance permission is required from the Trademark Program for use of a @harvard.edu email alias.

Please note: this form cannot be used to change your personal email address but is intended only for general Harvard school/department/unit email requests (e.g., "help@harvard.edu," "trademark_program@harvard.edu," etc.). In addition, if the desired email alias is associated with a school-based program or activity, the email alias must reflect the faculty that hosts the program or activity (e.g., "thepoetryforum@fas.harvard.edu," "healthinfo@hms.harvard.edu," etc.) and its use requires permission from the local dean’s office and not from the Trademark Program.

Email Alias requests are reviewed and prioritized in the order in which they are received. The Harvard Trademark Program is responsible for reviewing and approving each request. The process is completed within approximately 5 business days.
