In April 2022, Provost Garber updated the community on the process to develop non-discrimination and anti-bullying policies and procedures, and to review the Interim Title IX Sexual Harassment and Other Sexual Misconduct policies and procedures. In [March 2023](/discrimination-and-bullying-policies-and-procedures), the University put forward its new [Non-Discrimination and Anti-Bullying (NDAB) Policies](/file_url/569). These new policies are in effect as of September 1, 2023.
