In April 2022, Provost Garber updated the community on the process to develop non-discrimination and anti-bullying policies and procedures, and to review the Interim Title IX Sexual Harassment and Other Sexual Misconduct policies and procedures. In March 2023, the University put forward its new Non-Discrimination and Anti-Bullying (NDAB) Policies. These new policies are in effect as of September 1, 2023. You can find more information on these policies and support resources on the new community conduct website.
